Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation under the following terms, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their self-employed professional activity:

If the customer is a consumer with their habitual residence or domicile in a member state of the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), the customer is entitled to the following statutory right of withdrawal, about which IPS Merchandise & Product Service GmbH hereby informs:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email) regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form provided, though this is not required.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, without delay and no later than 14 [fourteen] days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. If a partial delivery is cancelled, the delivery charges do not need to be refunded. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for this refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and, in any event, no later than 14 [fourteen] days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. Once the cancellation has been confirmed, we will provide a return label via email, so that the customer does not incur any further costs when returning the item.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functionality.
Exclusion or Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts regarding the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
