Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation under the following terms, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their self-employed professional activity:

If the customer is a consumer with their habitual residence or domicile in a member state of the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), the customer is entitled to the following statutory right of withdrawal, about which IPS Merchandise & Product Service GmbH hereby informs:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email) regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form provided, though this is not required.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. If only part of an order is cancelled, the original delivery charges are not required to be refunded.
We will issue the refund using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. Once your withdrawal has been confirmed, IPS will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label by email. The return shipping costs are therefore fully covered by IPS, and you will not incur any costs for returning the goods.
Exclusion or Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts regarding the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
